Berry Blue Smoothie

From the cookbook Best 100 Smoothies for KIds, this filling smoothie is packed with antioxidants. Blackberries and blueberries are readily available, and if you are lucky enough to get your hands on other purple or blue berries like huckleberries, boysenberries, or marionberries, throw some of those in as well. Makes 4 (9-ounce) servings.
