Lemon Basil and Walnut Vinaigrette

Ingredients

good-quality red wine vinegar

Dijon-style mustard

garlic
, finely minced

salt

cup
extra virgin olive oil

cup
lightly toasted walnuts
, chopped

cup
chopped lemon basil
⅛
teaspoon
freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Whisk the vinegar, mustard, garlic and salt in a bowl. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking to incorporate. Stir in the walnuts, chopped basil and pepper.
