Five-Minute Tamari Tahini Sauce

- ½ cup sesame tahini
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 teaspoons tamari soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic , minced
Whisk the tahini and hot water in a bowl until smooth.
Whisk in the tamari, vinegar and garlic. Taste and adjust seasoning with more vinegar, as you wish.
