How to Make Tamari Roasted Sunflower Seeds in a skillet
Easy recipe for homemade tamari roasted sunflower seeds. Makes one cup seeds. Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
Servings: 8 servings
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, stir the sunflower seeds until the seeds are light golden, about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and continue stirring as you pour in the tamari. Almost instantly the tamari evaporates into the hot seeds.
