- 3 ounces Prosecco--Italian sparkling wine
- 1 ½ ounces St-Gemain liqueur
- About 3 ounces sparkling mineral water (see note)
- Ice cubes
- Lime and fresh mint leaves
Fill a tall “Collins” glass with ice. Pour Prosecco over the ice, followed by the St. Germain liqueur.
Top off the glass with sparking mineral water. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice or wedge of lime.
- For its dry pleasing drinkability, I chose Adami brand Prosecco.
- I used La Croix mineral water. If you prefer, make yours with Pellegrino or another bubbly mineral water, and even soda water.
